      Project Overview

This project focuses on conceptualizing a loyalty program for Coco Republic, a luxury furniture and lifestyle brand. The brief called for ideas that would drive engagement, reward loyal customers, and elevate the brand experience while reflecting Coco Republic’s signature aesthetic diversity.

I developed three distinct loyalty program concepts, each tailored to one of the brand’s aesthetic tiers: Organic/Coastal, Bold/Contemporary, and Classic/Tailored. Each concept explored tiered rewards, curated experiences, and visual language that resonated with its specific design identity. The project remains ongoing, with concepts currently under review and refinement to ensure alignment with Coco Republic’s luxury positioning and customer expectations.

Each concept was crafted to feel aspirational yet tangible, allowing stakeholders to experience and compare the program directions visually and strategically. Designing for the three aesthetic tiers ensured that the loyalty program could flex across the brand’s diverse style identities while maintaining a cohesive sense of sophistication.

As the project is currently ongoing, outcomes are focused on concept development and strategic alignment. The three proposed concepts have been well-received internally, providing clear direction for Coco Republic’s loyalty program design and creative strategy. Early feedback indicates strong potential to enhance customer engagement, brand perception, and long-term loyalty, with further refinements underway before final implementation.
