
Developed multiple creative concepts for Coco Republic’s new loyalty program, translating the brand’s premium positioning into an engaging, multi-tiered customer experience. The project is ongoing, focusing on exploring strategic and design directions that balance exclusivity with accessibility.
This project focuses on conceptualizing a loyalty program for Coco Republic, a luxury furniture and lifestyle brand. The brief called for ideas that would drive engagement, reward loyal customers, and elevate the brand experience while reflecting Coco Republic’s signature aesthetic diversity.
I developed three distinct loyalty program concepts, each tailored to one of the brand’s aesthetic tiers: Organic/Coastal, Bold/Contemporary, and Classic/Tailored. Each concept explored tiered rewards, curated experiences, and visual language that resonated with its specific design identity. The project remains ongoing, with concepts currently under review and refinement to ensure alignment with Coco Republic’s luxury positioning and customer expectations.
Each concept was crafted to feel aspirational yet tangible, allowing stakeholders to experience and compare the program directions visually and strategically.
