Tensixty AI is an AI-powered photo-to-video platform built for the real estate industry. The product had strong technical foundations but required a clearer, more user-friendly design to unlock its full potential. My role was to reimagine the existing interface, blending AI capabilities into the platform in a way that felt natural, trustworthy, and easy to use. As part of the leadership team, I contributed to acquisition and partnership discussions with RealEstate.com and Domain, where design was positioned as a driver of scalability and competitive advantage. Alongside this, I built design systems and processes that improved team efficiency, supported rapid iteration, and maintained consistency as the platform grew.
